DesignFirms.org Chooses Saving Paws
Logo for Design Award

The hard work on the Saving Paws Animal Rescue logo I designed is a bonus for both myself and the rescue.

Online Design Firm directory, DesignFirms.org has monthly competitions for logo, web and graphic design. I submitted the design back in November, knowing that it was one design that was near and dear to my heart and I wanted to see how it would do compared to other design submissions.

An email received on January 22, 2007 delivered the news I was hoping for: Saving Paws Animal Rescue Logo had been chosen as one of it's January 2007 Design Winners.

Any difference I can help to make in the lives of rescue animals is reward enough for me. But, it's still a nice bonus to the work I have put in with SP. Hey... they may not be the Addy Awards, but they're still a recognized organization in the design community and it's definitely an honor to receive.

And, if we can get just a little more recognition for my friends at Saving Paws then all the better!
